{Baby Simon 2013}

Our dear friends just had their fourth baby and I was lucky enough to get the green light to come hold this tiny little bundle from heaven when he was less than 24 hours old.  I told them I would gladly bring my camera along to take some pictures if I could have a few minutes to hold the little man.  It was a deal!  Isn't he just precious!  It just so happened that two of his three older siblings were there when I stopped by so I caught a couple sweet shots of them loving on him.  There is no denying that this is one of the luckiest little boys in the whole wide world, loved by so many.  Welcome to the world, baby Simon!

{Baby Grayson 2013}

I have to say that 2013 is The Year of The Baby!  Everyone is having babies.  Within a few months there were 4 babies born in our extended family alone.  How lucky our little boy will be to grow up with so many cousins so close to his age.

This little man is Baby Grayson, just 24 hours old.  He is the 3rd boy to Shaun and Cami.  Just like his oldest brother, he was born with a rare chromosomal deletion which took him to the NICU for the first few days.  We were lucky he was born while we were there so we got to go meet him in all his heavenly tiny newborn glory (even if it was only in the NICU with horrid lighting).  :-)

 

{Baby Guy 2013}

This sweet little man made his earthly debut 6 weeks early!  Early arrival sent him to the NICU, but with the nice summer time weather they still let family friends come in for a quick peek.  It was so fun to see this tiny little person and snap a few pictures of him in all his tiny newborn straight from heaven glory.  :-)

I've never photographs animals.  I'm not much of an animal person in general so four big excited dogs was a new experience for me.  I laughed and had a great time as this strong, beautiful mama and her two awesome boys wrestled these dogs into position.  It was quick and fun and definitely a first. 

 

{Hancock Family 2012}

Five kids.  FIVE!  Four beautiful girls and one lone boy.  The parents are hilarious and so much fun. After spending a little time with these kiddos and parents just taking photos I can only imagine the fun they all must have together at home.  Such an awesome family and such a fun session!

 

 

{Case Haub Family 2012}

Poor sad neglected photography blog...  I was actually kind of shocked when I opened this up and realized that I hadn't posted sessions from last year.  What?!

To be fair, I was pregnant and that pretty much means my camera sat on the shelf collecting dust while I tried just stay alive and keep my family going.  Now I'm 6 months post-baby and I even had my camera cleaned recently so it's time to brush up on my skills a bit and start practicing and learning on my friends again.  :-)

For now I will leave you with this fabulous session from last fall.  This family of three boys is so much fun!  Very cool parents, very cool kids, a good time had by all.
